Lloyd Wynn is a founding partner of Navitas USA by Colby (NUBC) and Geosol Global. NUBC is developing a 1.2 GW solar production facility in Southern Illinois. Navitas USA by Colby will make history as the first majority Black-owned solar manufacturing facility in North America. Our business model is underpinned by social responsibility and inclusivity, driving economic growth while making substantial contributions to the community. Geosol Global Distribution is a premier clean energy distribution company in North America that take immense pride in being the exclusive distributor for Navitas Solar, a leading provider of cutting-edge solar technology. With our team of experienced professionals, we have been at the forefront of delivering the latest solar innovations to clients all over the world. Prior to renewable energy, Lloyd’s experience in finance includes the underwriting of thousands of transactions for various credit markets. His engagements have been with intermediaries and secondary market principals such as Goldman Sachs, Bear Stearns, Criimi Mae, Ginnie Mae, SBA and GMAC-RFC. He is a graduate of Rutgers University and UDC School of Law. Lloyd is also the author of “Residential Real Estate: From Application Through Settlement”.
