    DUES
    How are we to renew our membership when the time comes? Will we receive an email?

    BACKGROUND CHECK
    Which option do we choose for the background check? There are 3 options.

    MEDICAL CERTIFICATE
    Please provide affordable online options for this Certificate please.

    1. On the Dashboard page you will see when you paid last paid your dues. Based on that date you must renew your dues by that date.

    2. I chose to do the mid-level background check (mine will take 2-5days)

    3. I am waiting for a response about the medical certificate

    I would like to pursue residency but I must complete and submit the documents discussed during today’s zoom meeting. Can anyone direct me to the forms discussed. Thank you, Jayme

    1. Birth Certificate
    2. Passport
    3. Application Letter – clearly requesting Permanent Residency, Name, Addresss, and you expectations
    4. Background Check
    5. Medical Certificate
    6. Passport Photo

    Does anyone have a sample copy of the Application Letter mentioned in today’s meeting?

    Just make up your own Application letter but make sure that you include all of the required information indicated above.

    Hello has anyone got back to you about the medical certificate? Walk-in clinics won’t do it. Trying to find a reputable online option as well.
