I was born in the US and have lived here all my life. However, I am an African man...even though I was not physically born in Africa, Africa was without a doubt born inside of me. I no longer refer to myself as American. I served as a Medic, in the USAF, and was honorably discharged after serving 12 years. I worked in private security for a few years before going into Law Enforcement. Served the majority of that time attached to an FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force, assigned to National and International Terrorism. I was also in charge of all training at my state agency and specialized in Defensive Tactics. The work environment became very toxic and after 15 years I decided to retire and work in the private sector (2015). During this time, I had a Modeling/Talent agent in Los Angeles, and worked between Nevada and California. Also at this time, I was a cast member (Beachbody) for a national fitness program and continued to improve my health and fitness post-retirement. In 2016, I moved to Atlanta, to get closer to my family in Florida. While in Atlanta, I worked for the Atlanta Hawks, at State Farm Arena and was assigned to do personal protection for the owner of the Hawks and his family, during games and events. During this time, I was allowed to add several personnel to form and organize a protective detail team. This team was responsible for all VIPs, Dignitaries and Celebrities. I took the opportunity to extend my personal training by several certifications to include Protective Services Professional-UNLV, Private Detectives License-State of Georgia, and Anti-Terrorism Tactical Training for High-Risk Zones-CRI Tactical School. I have been a lifelong practitioner of the fighting arts. I have continued to train in various arts to include Japanese Ju-Jutsu, Krav Maga and Filipino Martial Arts. After relocating back to Las Vegas in 2020, I continued to build professional relationships and have continued to get business in the industry. I have done high-level protective details for High-Net worth individuals, VIPs, Celebrities, and Professional Athletes. I am the Founder/CEO of Kamau Services here in Las Vegas. My business along with a vast network of professionals can provide services to include Protective Teams Training, Self Defense, Active Assailant Training, AI, IT, CCTV, Solar/Renewable Energy. I am open to partnerships and positioning my company to support the continent of Africa...by any means necessary!
